Job Responsibilities:

Follow instructions provided by management for the manufacturing, handling, and packaging of dairy products Maintain attention to detail and follow procedures consistently Assist with cleaning of machines, floors, work stations, and bathrooms as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment

Work Environment:

Cold and wet production facility (approximately 60°F year-round) Standing for long periods of time is required Personal phone use is not permitted during working hours except during breaks or emergencies

Schedule:

Monday through Friday Standard shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Flexible hours may be available depending on production needs Minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week

Compensation:

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour during a 90-day probationary period Performance and pay review after 90 days Weekly pay every Friday for the previous week worked Payment available by Zelle or paper check

Requirements:

Must be punctual and dependable Reliable transportation is required Tardiness may result in termination Must be able to communicate in English and Spanish Must be comfortable working in a production environment and following instructions carefully Must pass a background check and drug test if offered employment

Additional Information:

We are a smoke-free and drug-free facility Previous production, warehouse, kitchen, manufacturing, or packaging experience is a plus but not required
