Monday-Friday, with potential Saturdays. Start time varies by workload (6:00 AM / 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / 4:30 PM, sometimes until 5:00 PM)
Pay Range:
$16-$20/hr. DOE Job Summary The Production Clerk is a computer savvy support role responsible for creating labels and markers using CorelDRAW, interpreting drawings, and managing materials through SAP. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with both technical drawings and software tools. They manage multiple priorities well, communicate clearly, and navigate SAP, CorelDRAW, and Microsoft Office with confidence to keep production workflows running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Create and print labels, tags, markers, and signs using CorelDRAW and production printing equipment. Interpret drawings, specifications, and job documentation to ensure accurate labeling and production support. Interface with SAP for material consumption, transfers, inventory updates, and workflow tracking. Drill, punch, or tap holes on enclosures and plates per job specifications. Support assembly and wiring tasks as needed to meet production requirements. Maintain inventory levels and Kan-Ban systems for marking materials and supplies. Pull materials, kits, and backup stock as required. Work safely and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Required Experience & Skills SAP experience required . CorelDRAW experience required . Ability to interpret drawings, diagrams, and specifications. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/MRP environment. Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when needed. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and maintain focus throughout the workday. #REG1
