Production Operator - Sweetwater, TX

Your Job Georgia-Pacific Gypsum is seeking motivated and safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Production Operators at our Sweetwater, TX facility.

$27/hr

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts on days and nights with weekends, holidays, and overtime Our Team Our Sweetwater facility has a rich history producing gypsum-based products for a wide variety of customers. • Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets
• Monitor and/or enter data into computer control systems
• Troubleshoot equipment to optimize production
• Perform basic asset care duties, including routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of work area
• Work as a team to help meet or exceed production, waste, quality, and safety goals
• Operate and/or work around mobile equipment ranging from forklifts to heavy equipment What Will Put You Ahead
• Experience in manufacturing, agricultural, warehouse OR military environment OR completion of post high school education in manufacturing/industrial
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device
• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing setting
