Responsibilities Monitor and control all access points to the FAB. Ensure that visitors, contractors, and employees follow the proper sign-in/sign-out procedures. Ensure compliance with company safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to access control. Collaborate with facility management and operations teams to ensure the seamless entry and exit of authorized personnel without disrupting production or operations. Ensure that all contractors wear shoe covers while entering and working in designated areas. Monitor and enforce the use of shoe covers at all times to maintain site cleanliness. Provide contractors with shoe covers and ensure they are properly worn. Conduct regular checks to confirm compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols. Report any non-compliance to management promptly. Maintain inventory of shoe covers and order replacements as needed. Report, with the use of the people counter, the number of people entering the FAB. Qualifications Good oral and written communication skills High energy level with strong commitment to service quality Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends if needed
