Your work directly impacts product quality and delivery timelines. Your impact — key duties Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and plant rules. Maintain accurate production records, certifications, and permits. Operate mixers, fillers, and related equipment to produce paint batches. Conduct quality checks, audits, and tests to meet specifications. Support EHS compliance initiatives and assist across plant operations. What we're looking for Minimum age 18. Manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude is beneficial. Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly and 80 lbs on occasion. Able to follow detailed instructions and document results. Experienced with forklifts and material handling equipment. Collaborative approach with ownership of assigned work areas.
