Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pasta Production Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for producing fresh pasta, operating pasta production equipment, and assisting with packaging while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety. Duties Operate and monitor pasta production equipment. Prepare and produce fresh pasta according to recipes and production schedules. Package finished products accurately and efficiently. Label, weigh, and organize products for storage and distribution. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production area. Follow food safety and quality control procedures. Assist with additional production and kitchen tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous food production, manufacturing, or kitchen experience preferred. Ability to safely operate or learn pasta production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Spanish speaking is required. Bilingual Preferred Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Experience At least 1 year of food production, commercial kitchen, or food manufacturing experience preferred Experience operating food production equipment is a plus.
