Help Power the Production Floor and Keep Materials Moving Kinetic Custom Trailers USA Inc. is hiring for a Production Support role to keep our Texas manufacturing operations running smoothly. This hands-on role includes production floor support and materials handling responsibilities—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment. This role may be required to utilize a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts as required. This position will also be required to operate various types of material moving equipment such as overhead cranes, gas powered and electric forklifts and electrical lifts.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday, 10-hour shifts Who You Are You are a reliable, safety-oriented team player with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. You take pride in maintaining quality and organization, whether working independently or as part of a team. You enjoy supporting both production and logistics operations to keep the shop floor running at full capacity. Key Responsibilities Production Support Understand and comply with all PPE requirements at all times, work safely every day and encourage all team members to do the same Provide general help and support across all areas of the production department Operate equipment such as cranes, forklifts and use power tools (training provided if needed) Assist in material staging, kitting, and movement for production Maintain housekeeping standards—sorting, setting in order, and cleaning work areas Shipping & Receiving / Materials Handling Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation, inspections, and scheduling Accurately track raw materials, fabricated components, and finished goods Organize and maintain warehouse and inventory storage areas Support stock rotation, labeling, and material staging for production Maintain compliance with company safety standards in all materials handling Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Needed Required Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record Forklift experience/certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast-paced, safety-regulated environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent Strong Team Player Preferred 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production support (manufacturing/industrial environment preferred) ERP or inventory system experience CDL What We Offer $19+/hour, negotiable based on experience
