Production Assistant Reports To:

General Manager Position Overview Eggleston Design Co. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our small team. This role is responsible for helping manufacture custom products, accurately fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and works well in a fast-paced team environment. No prior sign-making experience is required—we are happy to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Responsibilities Manufacture custom vinyl decals, signs, banners, and labels. Accurately process and fulfill customer orders. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards. Prepare, package, and organize completed orders for shipment. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to keep production running smoothly. Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Able to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills are a plus but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Ability to use hands for repetitive tasks such as weeding vinyl, packaging products, and operating production equipment.
