Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Line Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations within our pillow manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves leading a 15-20 person line, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices. Join us to lead our production line towards excellence, ensuring high-quality food products that meet all regulatory and customer expectations. Duties Assist supervisor and coordinate daily production activities on the manufacturing line, ensuring smooth operations and timely output Lead manufacturing team members, providing clear instructions, training, and support to optimize performance Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards by inspecting products, processes, and sanitation practices regularly Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, and reduce waste Requirements Proven experience in textile manufacturing Ability to lead teams effectively through managerial communication skills and leadership qualities Basic math skills for data analysis, inventory management, and process calculations Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments and regulatory/legal compliance standards in manufacturing Join our team as a Production Line Lead where your expertise will directly impact the quality of our products while fostering a safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing environment.
