We're hiring Production Laborers and Machine Operators for a growing food production company in Weslaco, TX. If you enjoy hands-on work, have some production or manufacturing experience, and are ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! Training will be provided. Main Responsibilities Operate or assist with food production and processing equipment Perform general production line and machine operation tasks Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines Assist with packaging, labeling, and material handling Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements Some prior production, manufacturing, or similar work experience Willingness to work 8-10 hour shifts Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
