Cabinet Shop Production Team Member / CNC Operator

Kerksiek Wood Design - Beaver, Utah Full-time | 4-day work week | Monday-Thursday Kerksiek Wood Design is looking for another good person to join our cabinet shop team. We build custom cabinet projects in Beaver, Utah, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning new things, and being part of a productive shop. This job includes a mix of cabinet assembly, machine operation, material handling, and helping keep jobs moving through production. This is not a desk job. You will be on your feet, working with cabinet parts, tools, machinery, and other team members throughout the day. We have a good shop environment and are looking for someone dependable, teachable, and willing to jump in where needed. What the job includes A normal day may include assembling cabinets, running parts through the edge bander, helping operate CNC cut-out equipment, organizing parts, loading cabinets, or helping with other shop tasks. There may also be times when you help with deliveries, load or unload materials, or operate a forklift. We all work together to get projects finished and out the door. Experience with cabinets, woodworking, CNC machines, edge banders, forklifts, or delivery work is helpful, but it is not required for the right person. We are willing to train someone who has a good attitude, shows up on time, and wants to learn. A good fit would be someone who Shows up when they say they will, takes pride in their work, pays attention to details, and works well with others. We are looking for someone who can be careful around machinery, keep things organized, and help maintain a clean and safe shop. You should be comfortable lifting and moving cabinet parts and working in a manufacturing/shop environment. Pay and benefits We offer good pay based on experience and ability, along with production bonuses.
