We're hiring now for immediate starts! Spherion Staffing is urgently seeking dedicated Production Team Members for our client's distribution center. This is a fast-paced production facility that supplies delicious baked goods-pies, cupcakes, muffins, breads, and more-to local grocery stores. You'll play a crucial role in picking, packing, and supporting the production process from start to finish.

Shifts & Pay:

Weekend ONLY Work OR a Rotating 3-

Day Schedule Day Shift:

5:30 AM - 5:30 PM | $15/hr (

OT:

$22.50)

Grave Shift:

5:30 PM - 5:30 AM | $16/hr (

OT:

$24.00)

Responsibilities:

• Load packaging materials and dump product into machines.
• Hand-pack and stack product or cases onto pallets.
• Monitor quality and remove any outdated or non-compliant product.
• Keep work area safe and clean while following all Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• At least 6 months of previous production experience.
• Must pass a national background check and drug screening.
