Overview Tall Hat Foods is looking for dependable Food Production Team Members to join our food manufacturing team. This position is involved in the preparation, production, and packaging of food products . Team members will help prepare ingredients, operate production equipment, monitor the production process, maintain product quality, and keep equipment and work areas clean and sanitary. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing safe and high-quality food. Responsibilities Prepare and handle ingredients according to recipes, production instructions, and food safety procedures Measure, weigh, and add ingredients accurately Assist with mixing, cooking, processing, and other food production activities Operate and monitor food production equipment Follow production schedules, recipes, and work instructions Monitor products throughout the production process to ensure quality and consistency Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing finished products Maintain accurate production and quality records as required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in food production, food preparation, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures Strong attention to detail, especially when measuring and handling ingredients Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Experience with Food Production Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements Ability to climb ladders or access elevated equipment as needed Ability to work around food-processing equipment and machinery Work Environment Food manufacturing and production facility Fast-paced production environment Exposure to machinery and normal production noise Exposure to food ingredients and allergens, including milk, peanuts, and coconut Work may involve wet areas and frequent cleaning and sanitation activities Benefits Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance On-the-job training Work Location In person (Lindon, UT)
