Job Description:
The Production Specialist is a key leadership role responsible for various activities that support the ongoing processes of Production. These activities include developing and maintaining MX in production, training and coaching employees using MX daily, and the creation of production work orders. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling the daily production workload, helping update and maintain training videos, track key performance metrics, and other system related tasks. In addition to providing hands-on support in daily operations, this position works closely with leadership to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across teams. •Available shift: 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday to
Friday Job Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and support the MX production system to ensure efficient daily operations. Work with cross-functional teams to help identify and fix issues that prevent creation of work orders. Troubleshoot system-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. Train, coach, and provide ongoing support to the team members using MX. Assist in the creation of work orders in MX. Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members using MX. Assist in scheduling the daily production workload. Support continuous improvement projects in Production and help identify process improvements needed. Update, maintain, and improve training materials and instructional videos for production processes. Provide hands-on support to production teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to established procedures. Assist with special projects, audits, reporting, and other production system-related tasks as assigned. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure operational excellence, process standardization, and alignment with business goals. Assist Team Leads on the Production floor to ensure daily goals are met.
Job Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of leadership experience. Training Experience. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive. Strong system and computer skills. Punctuality and time management. Interpersonal Skills. Operational Knowledge.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
