Job Description
Job Summary This position is Full time, but we are also flexible to some part time schedules. Our regular hours of operation are Monday- Thursday 8-5:00 p.m., and Friday 8-12:00 noon. Join our dynamic team as a Confectionary Production Worker! In this role, you will be at the heart of creating delicious, high-quality sweets that delight customers. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth manufacturing processes, from ingredient handling to final packaging. This position offers an opportunity for hands on culinary skills, contributing to a company where safety, cleanliness, and efficiency are top priorities. Duties Operate food processing equipment and machinery used in confectionery production, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machines. Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and mixing according to recipes and safety standards. Maintain strict sanitation protocols by cleaning workstations, utensils, and machinery regularly to meet HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety regulations. Follow all food safety procedures related to food handling, processing, and storage to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. We look forward to giving our new hires on-the-job training
