Schedule:

The Role As a Production Team Member, you'll support day-to-day manufacturing and shipping operations. You'll run equipment, maintain quality standards, and help fulfill orders accurately and on time. What You'll Do Process & Quality Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and simplify workflows. Maintain product quality; trim defects/blemishes as needed. Production & Printing Operate pressing/printing equipment for products.

Prep artwork:

format files and send to print. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Pull, pack, and stage online orders accurately. Create shipping labels in ShipStation Package product to ship Team & Throughput Help the team meet production quotas and maintain a positive, steady workflow. What You Bring Required HS diploma or equivalent. Attention to detail; follows SOPs and solves minor issues independently. Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 75 lbs. Basic computer skills (RIP/printing familiarity is a plus). Nice to Have Forklift or general production experience. Leadership experience (lead/trainer/key holder). Comfortable around firearms/industry environment. Tools & Software (Experience in these is not required) Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Wasatch RIP Asana Slack Shopify ShipStation Google Sheets/Docs Basic computer skills
