Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process to ensure efficient production. Monitor production lines for quality control and report any issues to supervisors. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risks. Required PPE - Steel Toed Boots. Other personal protective equipment is provided.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs / Must be able to be on your feet for 8-10 hrs/day / Must be 18 yrs or older / Must be able to read and follow instructions and material requirement recipes. Hourly Employee Bonus Pay - each Pay Period up to $3+ /hr (Current average hourly bonus is $2.95 per hour)
