Employee Duties & Responsibilities:

Production Helpers are responsible for general operation of production machinery. This position requires significant physical activity and lifting. Key Activities Maintain safe and clean work areas and equipment and follow prescribed safety regulations. Perform under standard operating conditions. Load and unload molds. Operate a lift cart. Material preparation such as bagging and steel preparation. Responsible for achieving shift output and quality goals. Perform daily safety inspections and report all unsafe conditions or near miss events immediately. Wear all PPE as required. Follow all environmental and housekeeping requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe production environment. Participate in pre-shift meetings to understand production goals and daily objectives. Perform shift handoffs to communicate important production updates to incoming staff. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain production efficiency. Attend safety meetings and training sessions as required. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs Education High school diploma or GED equivalent required Physical Requirements Lift, Push or pull up to 50 Lbs. Repetitive Motion of the limbs. Be able to Bend, twist, squat, and reach. Able to be comfortable in an excessive noise environment. May be expose to inclement weather excessive heat or excessive cold.
