Full-Time Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Print Production Worker to join our team. This is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the screen printing process, preparing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production. Key Responsibilities Assist with setup and breakdown of screen printing jobs Load and unload garments onto printing machines Catch, stack, and organize printed apparel Perform quality checks to ensure prints meet company standards Prepare garments and materials for production (sorting, counting, staging) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Assist with screen cleaning and basic shop maintenance Qualifications Some prior screen printing experience required (additional training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Repetitive hand and arm movements Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: Some experience (6-18 months): $16/hour Solid production worker: $18/hour Opportunities for growth and advancement On-the-job training provided PTO, Rewards program Why Join Us Team-oriented environment Consistent work schedule Opportunity to learn a skilled trade E04JI800i39h4091beh
