This role involves verifying product information, packaging items in the correct boxes with the correct quantities, labeling boxes, stacking products on pallets, and maintaining accurate counts of boxes and pallets. Team members must follow all company guidelines, complete documentation accurately, and assist in identifying and resolving production or equipment issues to maintain daily production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Verify product matches production paperwork Package products in the correct boxes with proper quantities Label boxes, initial labels, and stack products on pallets Maintain accurate counts of boxes and pallets Follow all production instructions and company policies Complete required documentation accurately and completely Identify and report equipment or production issues Help maintain production efficiency and quality standards Required Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Ability to perform repetitive tasks Strong communication skills Quick learner Quality-focused Team player Preferred Skills Fluent in
