Role Description This is a Full-Time, Production Assistant role. This position is On-site in St. George, UT. In this role you'll be preparing each video to be filmed!

What this entails:

Prep the filming set Set up props & products need for each video Be attentive on set and assist Hope with whatever she needs Have a positive attitude (we're here to have fun) Anticipate the needs of the crew A lot of organizing A lot of crafting! Testing products and experiments beforehand Running last minute errands You will collaborate with the creative team to create engaging, on-brand content that resonates with our 80% Female audience. This role also includes staying updated with trends and implementing successful engagement strategies unique to each platform. Qualifications Strong understanding of YouTube and social media platforms Excellent Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines Have happy vibes daily Creative mindset and ability to adapt to changing trends in content creation Ability to lock in! •

•As the channels grow, there will be opportunity for you to grow as well! We expect everyone to make reasonable progress in a reasonable amount of time. Salary Pay be based off experience and skill. As we grow, there will be opportunities for your income to grow as well.
