We are hiring a dependable Production Associate to join our growing print shop. This role focuses on sublimation printing and laser cutting, helping produce high-quality custom uniforms. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying busy, and being part of a production team, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Operate sublimation printers and heat press equipment Run and monitor laser cutting machine Prepare materials for production (garments, substrates, alignment, setup) Ensure finished products meet quality standards Follow job tickets and production schedules to meet deadlines Package and prepare orders for shipment Maintain clean and organized workstations Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Qualifications:

Production, manufacturing, or print shop experience preferred Experience with laser cutters or CNC equipment is a plus (training available) Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a good work ethic
