As an Entry Level Production Associate, you'll support production needs as they arise, ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Assist with general production duties, including packaging, labeling, and light product assembly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company hygiene standards Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Handle and prepare materials for production as directed by supervisors Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to meet production goals Support various departments as needed based on workload and scheduling demands Qualifications Must be available to work a rotating schedule Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical work Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, with heavier lifts as needed Must adhere to all safety and hygiene policies — no jewelry, artificial nails, or lash extensions during shifts Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred but not required Must be able to pass a state background check Pay $15.00 per hour Schedule Day Shift |
