Dispatch On-Call Production Associate | Springville, UT Join a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing team producing a wide range of health and beauty products. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a dependable team that values quality, consistency, and teamwork. As an On-Call Production Associate, you'll support production needs as they arise, ensuring smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities Assist with general production duties, including packaging, labeling, and light product assembly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with company hygiene standards Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Handle and prepare materials for production as directed by supervisors Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively to meet production goals Support various departments as needed based on workload and scheduling demands Qualifications Must be available to work on-call with as little as 24-hour or same-day notice Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical work Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally, with heavier lifts as needed Must adhere to all safety and hygiene policies — no jewelry, artificial nails, or lash extensions during shifts Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred but not required Must be able to pass a state background check Pay $15.00 per hour Schedule Group A (Day Shift): Monday & Tuesday from 4:15AM-6:00PM and Wednesday from 4:15AM-2:00PM. Group B (Day Shift): Thursday & Friday from 4:15AM-6:00PM and Saturday from 4:15AM-2:00PM. Group C (Night Shift): Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00PM-4:30AM.
