You will be responsible for preparing raw products, managing the loading and unloading of industrial freeze dryers, and ensuring high-quality standards for our finished goods.

Key Responsibilities Product Prep:

Sort, wash, slice, and weigh raw materials according to specific recipe standards.

Loading/Unloading:

Efficiently load product trays into freeze-drying chambers and monitor cycle progress.

Processing:

Harvest dried products, perform moisture checks, and package finished goods into airtight containers.

Sanitation:

Maintain a sterile work environment by cleaning trays, machinery, and production floors according to food safety (HACCP) guidelines. Qualifications Experience in food production, warehouse, or commercial kitchen environments preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety/sanitation protocols.

$17.00 per hour
