Job Summary The Production Spotter is a key contributor to the success of our manufacturing operations, ensuring production lines run efficiently, safely, and in alignment with company standards. This role partners closely with team members to support daily production goals, maintain high-quality output, and uphold all safety and regulatory requirements. The Production Spotter plays an important role in keeping materials flowing, identifying issues, and supporting a clean, organized, and high-performing work environment.

Support Team Performance:
Collaborate with team members to drive productivity, safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production operations.
Execute Daily Operations:
Perform assigned tasks efficiently, including delivering materials to production lines, maintaining line organization, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and resolving supply issues with Line Leads.
Flexible Team Contribution:
Rotate across various duties, product lines, and areas of the facility as needed to support business demands.
Ensure Product Flow:
Maintain a steady and consistent flow of materials to production lines to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Maintain a
Clean & Safe Workspace:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards to promote an efficient and hazard-free environment.
Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:
Adhere to all company policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and required PPE guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Education and Experience Profile High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred. Required Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety standards. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently. High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and consistency. Adaptability to changing priorities, production needs, and work schedules. Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a production setting. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Work Environment Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment, moving machinery, moderate to high noise levels, and varying temperatures.
