Print Production Specialist - Large Format

Print Production Specialist - Large Format We're expanding our print production team and looking for a detail-oriented individual to operate our Large Format digital presses and assist with finishing tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a fast-paced production environment. Previous printing experience is required. Key Responsibilities Organize and manage work load according to schedule Receive and reply to emails related to jobs Review digital files and work orders prior to production Set up print files for production Operate roll to roll printers Operate large format flatbed Operate CNC Router Complete finishing tasks such as laminating, cutting, weeding vinyl, applying transfer tape, hemming and grommeting banners, canvas frame assembly, etc.

Qualifications Required:

Previous Print production experience Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator Strong communication and organization skills Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Willingness to learn new things Clear verbal and Written communication skills Positive, Proactive, and team-focused attitude Ability to work full-time and support company goals Preferred (but not required): Experience in a sign shop environment Familiarity with large format printers and laminators (Flatbed or roll to roll) Experience operating a CNC router How to
