Cutter Lead

• Must have manufacturing experience working with power cutting tools
• (Retail, hospitality, food industry etc will not be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety processes and procedures
• Follow customer orders to avoid waste and rework
• Work consistently to meet daily production output goals
• Accurately interpret project blueprints and specifications
• Set up and operate cutting machinery such as angle grinder and circular saws
• Measure and mark FRP materials to ensure precise cutting
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion on projects
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain and troubleshoot cutting equipment as needed
• Maintain the designated tools/equipment clean and in good operational shape, report any damage tools/equipment to the proper management personnel
• Acquire, organize, and submit all requisite documentation associated with your assigned projects, including but not limited to Daily Reports, Work Orders, and other pertinent paperwork

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Cutter saw or related position
• Strong knowledge of fabricating and cutting techniques
• Experience working with cutting tools and equipment preferred
• Dependability and reliability to report to work are a must
• Must be able to work overtime as required
• Must be able to read customer orders
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must be able to compute basic math equations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Bilingual (English and Spanish, both oral and written) is a plus
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the
