Job Title:

Manual Final Pack Operator Job Description Join our team as a Manual Final Pack Operator, where you will be responsible for manually assembling boxes and packing the final brick bags along with instructions and other materials for shipment. This role involves working in a fast-paced assembly line environment, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues for 12-hour shifts. Responsibilities Manually assemble boxes and pack final brick bags and instructions for shipment. Stand for 12-hour shifts, rotating positions throughout the station. Maintain and clean machines and work area. Perform various positions on the production line. Ensure production reporting of the assigned line with minimal downtime. Adhere to quality standards and report any issues or failures. Contribute to a constant flow of the line, avoiding unplanned downtimes. Meet standard hourly production results. Participate in line operation reporting, including TPM, 5S, QAs, and Line Release Audit. Maintain excellent communication with peers following company values. Support changeovers, quality inspections, and machine cleaning. Essential Skills 1-2 years of experience in production or manufacturing. Ability to work on an assembly line and perform repetitive tasks. Experience in standing for 8-12 hour shifts. Knowledge of quality control, quality assurance, and quality checks. Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to make a box in less than 2 seconds. Ability to lift 50 lbs when loading full boxes onto pallets. Experience in environments where performance is measured. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a very clean, state-of-the-art facility in Colonial Heights, housing packaging operations, a warehouse, and a training center. The climate-controlled environment ensures comfort, with a canteen and breakroom available. Please note that phones and jewelry are not permitted on the production floor, and a locker room with lockers is available upon request. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colonial Heights, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.15 - $19.15/hr.
