Position Summary The Honeycomb Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality honeycomb blocks in accordance with production orders and quality standards. This role includes operating production equipment, dip tanks, ovens, and forklifts, completing required documentation, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.EURO-COMPOSITES

Hourly, Non-Exempt Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour (commensurate with experience) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Select and process the correct honeycomb materials per production orders Set up and operate honeycomb expansion tables, dip tanks, and curing/stability ovens Input accurate data into production machinery and scanning systems Operate a forklift safely and in compliance with company policies Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality requirements Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and occasional dust Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Basic computer skills (preferred) Basic math skills Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/packaging, or heavy lifting environments (preferred) Forklift experience (preferred or willing to be trained) Schedule Shift Work Required•must be available for assigned shift 1stShift:
