Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 7AM-3:30PM A leading manufacturer of specialty coatings, adhesives, and sealants serving the construction and industrial markets is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support the safe and efficient production of its products. The Manufacturing Associate plays a pivotal role in the production process, performing tasks that facilitate efficient manufacturing from the raw material stage through final product packaging. The position may require operating various types of machinery and controlling different production processes. The ideal candidate should understand industrial safe work practices, have a basic understanding of mechanical equipment operation, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work safely around chemical processes, understand basic quality requirements, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety regulations. Utilize the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task and maintain PPE in a safe and usable condition. Operate equipment and perform production tasks as instructed or trained by supervisors or experienced personnel. Monitor product quality throughout the production process and notify the supervisor of potential out-of-compliance issues.
