Production Tech Shift:
Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Pay$:16- $17.00/hr |Type:
Temp-to-Hire Norfolk, VA Role Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented Production Technician for a fast-growing, award-winning company ("Best Places to Work"). You will support daily manufacturing operations, perform in-process quality inspections, and maintain complete production records in a cleanroom/controlled environment.Key Responsibilities Production & Inspection:
Perform daily production duties and conduct quality checks using tools like magnifying glasses.Documentation:
Audit and complete production batch records, sterilization logs, and quality documents.Compliance & Safety:
Calibrate/check equipment, report non-conformances to supervisors, and keep work areas safe and clean.Requirements Experience:
2+ years in manufacturing, production, or assembly (entry-level candidates with high attention to detail considered).Skills:
Strong organizational skills, creative problem-solving, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.Screening:
