About Us JD Quality Pouches is a growing manufacturer focused on producing high-quality pouch products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our production team in Packaging, Labeling, and Pouching Operations. Position Summary Production Operators play a key role in manufacturing and packaging finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Responsibilities Package finished products according to specifications Apply labels and verify accuracy of product information Operate and monitor pouching and packaging equipment Perform visual quality inspections of products and packaging Count, sort, and organize materials and finished goods Maintain accurate production records and documentation Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures, and company policies Assist with cleaning and sanitation of production areas Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or material shortages promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Positive attitude Strong work ethic Team player mentality Commitment to quality Willingness to learn and grow with the company Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement Training and development
