Summary:

The Converting Utility supports converting department operations by assisting machine operators, conducting quality checks, setting up materials, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role is fast-paced and requires strong attention to safety and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting manufacturing and converting operations. Assist operators with machine setups, tooling, jam-ups, and material staging. Conduct quality checks to ensure production meets specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support different machinery and assist in various production areas as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred; corrugated environment a plus. Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks. Strong work ethic and desire to advance.
