SB Printing is an online fulfillment company that receives, prints, and ships printed apparel items. We're a high-energy, fast-paced shop where accuracy and speed matter. We're looking for associates with experience in the labor force along with stable life schedules outside of work. . Crafting, Woodworking, Sewing, Technical, Mechanical, Warehousing, Restaurant Service etc. are all valuable skills to bring to the table. We really like people that are tough and have a strong get it done attitude as this is essential for dealing with critical deadlines. What You'll Do Operate a variety of printing machines and processes (DTG, screen, heat press). Center garments and ensure perfect placement for every print. Keep pace with daily and hourly production goals — both speed and accuracy. Switch quickly between tasks as production needs change. Handle boxes up to 30-50 lbs; stand, bend, and move for long periods. Work as part of a supportive team that values accountability and positivity. Desired Characteristics:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a warehouse or print shop role is a plus Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including able to use websites, spreadsheets, send email etc. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency.
