Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our woodworking and countertop fabrication team. This is a hands-on factory role focused on cutting, laminating, assembling, and finishing cabinetry and countertops in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately read and use a tape measure Cut countertops and wood materials using power saws and other woodworking equipment Laminate wood and sheet goods Assemble cabinetry and components Perform general woodworking and fabrication tasks Install hardware (hinges, drawer slides, pulls, etc.) as needed Sand, prep, and finish components Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area daily Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment Assist with material handling and staging of production orders Support other production tasks as assigned Requirements Ability to accurately read a tape measure Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs on a regular basis Basic understanding and safe use of power tools and saws Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work safely and follow instructions Prior woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing experience is a plus (we will train the right candidate) Forklift operator is a plus Must have a valid drivers license Physical Requirements Standing for extended periods Lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 40 lbs Working with hand and power tools in a production shop environment What We Offer Steady full-time work Opportunity to learn multiple aspects of cabinetry and countertop fabrication Supportive team environment
