Material Flow Coordinator Keep Production Moving. Support the Team. Make an Impact. Are you organized, dependable, and someone who likes to stay on the move? We're looking for a Material Flow Coordinator to support our production team by ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are where they need to be—when they need to be there. This hands-on role also serves as a key point of contact on the production floor, helping support workflow, troubleshoot issues, and assist team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. As a key member of our Production team, you will: Deliver materials, parts, and supplies to designated production areas based on production needs Monitor inventory levels at workstations and replenish materials as needed Remove completed goods, scrap, and excess materials from work areas Support and maintain continuous production flow by anticipating material and workflow needs Coordinate with supervisors and team members to prioritize material distribution and support overall cell performance Serve as a point of contact within the production cell, providing day-to-day support to team members Assist in identifying workflow or staffing challenges and communicate needs to the supervisor Help troubleshoot production, material, or process issues and escalate when needed Support training and onboarding of new employees within the cell Maintain organization and cleanliness of material storage areas Assist with staging materials for upcoming production runs Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Accurately track and report material movement when required Perform other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Flexibility and willingness to cross-train in other areas Basic understanding of production workflows (preferred) Strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability Ability to support and guide team members in a production setting Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise Commitment to safety and following procedures Location & Schedule This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (40 hours/week). Occasional schedule changes or overtime may be required based on business needs. Work Environment This role works primarily on the production floor and involves exposure to industrial equipment, noise, and temperature variations. Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., and moving throughout a large manufacturing facility. Why Join Us?
