EvolutionHR is currently hiring Manufacturing Associates in Rocky Mount VA on all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd). The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for assembling products, machine operation, material handling and/or order picking tasks. Assist in the production process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to company standards. Operate production equipment safely and efficiently while following established work procedures. Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and customer deadlines. Qualifications of the

Manufacturing Associate:

Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift. High school diploma or GED is required for this position. We do have to run a background check. Also, you are required to pass a drug test including marijuana
