Production Operator Salem, VA Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday | 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Production Operator in Salem and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow. Production Line Ready High school diploma or GED preferred Basic math, reading, and computer skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

Frequent standing, walking, and handling materials Lift up to 20 lbs occasionally Exposure to dust, heat, and humidity within OSHA limits

Key Responsibilities:
