Life:
Production & Precision Ag Specialist Serve as subject matter expert in diagnostics, calibration, and repair of PPA equipment Deliver regional technical support to customers and internal teams, often to include travel regionally to customer sites Support equipment deliveries, ensure proper machine optimization, and assist with inspections for both company and customer needs Identify and develop measurable revenue opportunities with customers while promoting aftermarket growth and equipment sales opportunities Manage time, billing and activity tracking Collaborate with Machine Health team and Technical Communicators Need to
Succeed:
5+ years as a John Deere field technician with level 3 John Deere Certification plus additional capstone training Management/leadership experience highly preferred Ability to travel throughout region and/or state on a weekly basis, ability to be insured on company policy and medical DOT card required Consistent use of computer/technology systems such as CDK, Expert Connect, Parts Advisor, Service Advisor, JD Operations Center Excellent communication skills with customers and service support team, timely billing and work order input, and organizational skills About the Benefits Starting your career at James River Equipment means you're invested in from day one.
