This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with small, beautiful objects, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in creating finished pieces with care and precision. As a Kitting Specialist, you will help assemble and prepare products for production, shipping, and distribution. Your work plays an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly while ensuring every item is prepared accurately and beautifully. Many of the pieces you will work with are small, lightweight, and intricate . The work is often similar to arts and crafts projects , such as placing gemstones into elegant brass objects and combining a few carefully selected components to create a finished item. Most products include five parts or fewer , making this role especially rewarding for someone who enjoys delicate, hands-on work. Key Responsibilities Assembling Finished Goods Carefully gather and combine small materials or components to create complete finished products. This work requires patience, consistency, and attention to detail. Inventory Management Help maintain accurate inventory records, monitor supplies, and support timely restocking so materials are always ready when needed. Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and prepare kits and finished goods for shipping with accuracy and care. Quality Control Inspect completed items to ensure they meet quality standards and are assembled correctly. Process Improvement Look for thoughtful ways to improve workflow, organization, and efficiency within the kitting process. Collaboration Work closely with team members across production, logistics, and inventory to support smooth day-to-day operations. Documentation Complete records and paperwork related to kitting activities in an organized and reliable manner.
