Broad Bay Cotton is a family-run business based in Virginia Beach with more than 35 years of experience producing custom wood and marble products, personalized gifts, and NCAA-licensed accessories. We are currently hiring a Photoshop Production Specialist to help create artwork for personalized customer orders and support our daily production operations. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that requires excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to stay organized while working with a high volume of orders.

Responsibilities include:

Entering customer personalization information into Photoshop templates Preparing artwork for custom and personalized orders Creating artwork for new products and online product listings Importing and processing orders from multiple online sales platforms Reviewing order information for accuracy Packing completed customer orders Assisting other departments with daily production and order-processing needs as needed

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable and able to work well as part of a team Photoshop experience is helpful but not required A background or interest in art is a plus Full training will be provided to the right candidate

Schedule:

For most of the year, the schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM . During our busiest holiday production period—approximately four weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas—the position requires working six days per week, Sunday through Friday .
