Job Description
Manufacturing Associate Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates to join our client in Arlington, VT. As a Manufacturing Associate with Adecco, you will be a vital part of the production team, responsible for operating various machinery to assemble and manufacture products. Your daily responsibilities include using small hand tools, inspecting and cleaning parts, disassembling returned units, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a dedication to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manufacturing machinery to produce quality products Use hand tools for assembly and repair tasks Inspect parts for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards Clean and maintain equipment and work areas Disassemble units for rework or recycling Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience Strong work ethic with excellent attendance Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and stand for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs
What We Offer:

Pay Details:
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
