Job Description

A Cannabis Production Team Member handles the end-to-end processing of cannabis. Responsibilities include plant harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing. They also weigh, package, label, and track products while ensuring strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Post-Harvest Processing:
Harvest, hang, buck, and trim cannabis plants/flowers to company quality standards.
Drying & Curing:
Monitor moisture levels, manage drying rooms, and move product through curing processes.
Packaging & Labeling:
Weigh, pack, roll, seal, and label finished goods.
Compliance & Inventory:
Assist with seed-to-sale tracking, accurately update batch records, and prevent cross-contamination.
Sanitation:
Regularly sanitize tools, equipment, and facility work areas to maintain high health and hygiene standards.
Sampling:
Sampling of products will be offered based on state's regulatory allotment, and feedback is appreciated
Qualifications & Requirements Age & Background:
Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass state-mandated background checks or compliance training courses.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED. (Agriculture/Horticulture background is a plus).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand/sit for long periods, perform fine manipulation of plant material with hands, and lift up to 40-50 lbs.
Environment:
Comfort working in environments with fluctuating temperatures, humidity, bright grow lights, and pollen/plant dust.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
