Starting Pay:
$19.00/hour As a Production Associate , you will play an important role in producing high-quality wellness products that consumers trust. You'll work alongside a supportive team, operate modern production equipment, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Whether you are beginning your manufacturing career or bringing previous production experience, we provide training and opportunities to learn and grow. What You'll Do Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality and production goals Monitor production lines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and product quality Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment according to established procedures Assist with equipment improvements and basic part replacement alongside maintenance technicians Rotate between production lines and packaging equipment to develop cross-functional skills Follow all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on continuous improvement What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic computer skills Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when business needs require Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED Previous manufacturing or production experience Experience working in a regulated or cGMP environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds Ability to stand and move throughout a 10-hour shift
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM Enjoy a four-day workweek with Fridays off on regularly scheduled weeks. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $19.00 per hour Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.
