Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of production and manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The Production Employee will work as part of a team to ensure products are manufactured, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment according to company specifications. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Perform assembly, processing, and general production duties according to work instructions. Load and unload materials and products from production equipment. Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper specifications. Measure and verify products as needed to ensure quality standards are met. Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment or the next stage of production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines. Accurately complete production paperwork and documentation. Monitor equipment and report malfunctions, quality issues, or material shortages to the supervisor. Meet established production goals and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Work effectively with team members and assist with other production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. #LIND26
