In this role, you will work collaboratively with team members to assemble products and support various stages of the manufacturing process. Your key responsibilities will include heat-welding urethane around foam, applying glue to foam components, and assembling pieces to produce finished goods. Additionally, you will assist in mattress assembly while maintaining strict quality standards to ensure products meet company specifications. What's in it for you? Qualifications:

No prior experience required—entry-level position Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met Ability to work independently and effectively within a team Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. Pay Details:
