Cheese Line Production Operators•All Shifts Middlebury, VT Join a growing manufacturing team and play a key role in producing high-quality cheese products in a safe, fast-paced environment. We're seeking dependable, motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to quality, safety, and teamwork. Shift Opportunities 1st

Shift:

4:00 AM•12:00 PM | $21.60/hr 2nd

Shift:

12:00 PM•8:00 PM | $21.60/hr 3rd

Shift:

8:00 PM•4:00 AM | $22.41/hr Schedule Rotating days off Weekend and holiday rotation required Overtime opportunities available What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures Maintain production flow to support continuous operations Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Lift, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling requirements Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs If you're looking for a stable opportunity with competitive pay, overtime potential, and the chance to build your manufacturing skills, we'd love to hear from you.
