Key Responsibilities Assist machine operators with production setups and changeovers Stage and move materials, rolls, and finished product throughout the production area Load and unload materials on printing, slitting, converting, and extrusion equipment Monitor product quality and assist with inspections Package and label finished materials Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support operators in maintaining efficient production flow Perform other production support tasks as assigned Physical Requirements Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery Ability to handle large rolls of material and production equipment safely Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn manufacturing processes Strong commitment to prioritizing safety in all work activities Strong attention to quality Ability to work in a team-based production environment Reliable attendance and work ethic Willingness to work day or night shift as needed Why YOU should consider a career with

Wage Range:

$21 DOE + $1.50 night shift differential.
