What You'll Do Keep production running smoothly on the front and back end of the press department Load materials, monitor flow, measure, inspect, and package finished wood products Operate advanced engineered?wood machinery Maintain accuracy, quality, and speed in a fast?paced environment What You Bring A positive attitude and strong attention to detail Reliable transportation to Burlington Ability to work in a warm, active environment (fans/AC provided) Basic math and clear communication Comfortable using a 2?way radio Experience in labor?intensive roles (construction, warehouse, roofing, restaurant, etc.) is a plus Interest in long?term growth and internal promotion

Shifts Night Shift:

6 PM - 6 AM ($21.50/hr) —
